Information collected Our store saves cart contents and order records, including purchased items, quantities, amounts, payment status, email address, shipping details, and tracking references. The inquiry form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. How information is used We use this information to manage your cart, process and fulfill orders, manage inventory, respond to inquiries, and maintain order records. If you choose to sign up for email updates, we use your email address to send promotions, sales, and product news. Signup is optional and separate from purchases or inquiries. Sharing information We do not sell customer information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the store and ship orders. Shipping providers receive the information needed to deliver your order. Service providers Hostinger hosts the website and its database. Stripe processes checkout and payments on its hosted checkout page; card details are entered directly with Stripe, and the store does not save full card numbers or card security codes. Resend processes inquiry emails sent to admin@gemminttcg.com, with your email address used as the reply-to address. Email updates We store your signup email, consent wording, signup and update dates, and subscription status in our website database. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in a promotional email or by contacting admin@gemminttcg.com. We retain your subscription record to manage preferences and honor opt-outs. Customer accounts If you create a customer account, we verify your email using a one-time code sent through Resend. We store your email, verification dates, and secure session records so you can sign in and view completed orders associated with that email. Account signup does not subscribe you to promotional emails. Contact admin@gemminttcg.com to request account deletion. Cookies and access A necessary cart cookie connects your browser to its saved cart. Customer sign-in uses secure cookies for verification and a session that expires after 30 days; you can sign out sooner. Owner sign-in uses a password-protected session. Record retention We retain order records and customer inquiries indefinitely, subject to applicable legal requirements.
